Payment Policy

Refund Policy

  • The refund procedure may take up to 6 working days to process through Benefit gateway. In case of any delay in the refund process beyond 6 working days, the user has to follow with the card issuing bank on the status of the refund process. An email will be sent to the customer that contains the issued refund request as a reference, which the customer can refer the bank with.
  • Customers using the online payment facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers. In failing to do so during the delivery, Mi Casa W.L.L has the right to not refund the order.

Exchange Policy

  • Mi Casa W.L.L does not offer any exchange policies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is limited to a maximum of 5 minutes from the time of order.
  • The user has the right to cancel the order if he/ she does not receive the order within a span of 60 minutes from the time of order. The user will be refunded in full back into the respective bank account.
