- Users are liable to pay cash on delivery for all “Cash on Delivery” orders done through this portal. Mi Casa W.L.L holds the right to take this to arbitration in failing to do so.
- Mi Casa W.L.L holds the right to charge additional fee for “Additional/ Special/ General” Requests that may have taken place in the “Remarks/ Comments” section while placing the order on this website.
- Debit cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on website must belong to the user.
